Despite the down pour of rain, on May 23. the free on-camera workshop was a huge success! Out of 60 registered actors, 57 showed up.

CASTING TIP: Here’s a no brainer for ya. This is for actors that do not have representation yet. The situation: I email/leave a voicemail message for an actor to schedule an appointment time for a casting. The actor finally responds end of day or next morning. Do you think I still have that time slot available? Nope. Sorry, Charlie! It’s important to have that phone with you all the time. If in a session, booking, other work, rehearsal, subway, whatever it is your reasoning–this is a business and if you’re not there to respond within a short period of time, chances are it will be a missed opportunity. Eesh…. Rock on!
