September of 2012, we were asked to cast a major ad campaign to promote Forevermark’s “The Center of My Universe.” We needed to create a session that required “heart felt” “sensitive” emotions. The response to this commercial in 2012 had been overwhelmingly positive with over 4 million hits on Youtube (30 second version). Ken Lazer Casting Company cast the leading lady, baby daughter, older version of the daughter (notice their eyes match) and the husband voice-over. This commercial has been aired Nationally and Internationally during Daytime, Primetime, Cable and Movie Theaters during the Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons for the past 3 years.
MTV’s “WHITE SQUAD”
June of 2015, we were asked to cast for a major ad campaign to promote a MTV documentary about racial discrimination in the United States. We were challenged to cast 16 principals including our Spokesperson in just 2 days. In July, this sensitive topic satire “commercial” hit the airways of MTV and the response was overwhelming. The final result of this commercial, made many viewers confused if this was an actual service or not. MTV included on the mock website for “White Squad” that “White Privilege Is Real. White Squad Is Fiction.” The spot made “Ad of the Day” in Adweek and got attention in numerous trades including Time, Creativity, Fast Company, and The Independent.
VERIZON - GIZMOPAL 2 WATCH
September 2017, we were asked to find the new voice for Verizon's Gizmopal 2 watch! The client wasn't sure what type of voice they wanted. But knew the voice had to be a natural sounding voice that spoke the voice commands. "Think the movie, 'Her'" is the direction Ken gave when casting for this voice. We brought in Men, Women and even boys and girls. The picture you see is the official new voice of the Gizmopal 2 watch!
MELENDI - "DESTINO O CASUALIDAD" MUSIC VIDEO
April of 2017, we were asked to cast the two lead roles for Sony Latin America's artist, Melendi's new music video for the song: Destino O Casualidad. We searched for the perfect 2 actors that would have the best on-camera chemistry. We got them! This music video is a big success with over 145 million views on Youtube in just the first 6 months.
